Overview

Prevail Information and Data Management works closely with the sponsor to streamline the steps from protocol to EDC development to reach database go-live quicker than any other CRO. As the subject matter experts, we use our eCRF library and knowledge of CDISC standards to develop a database from the ground up that is easily translatable to SDTM and ADaM submissions. We will work directly with vendors to coordinate data integrations and provide meaningful analytics to enable study team members to make real-time data decisions. The EDC and analytics software is endlessly customizable, and the Data Management team will fit the tools to the need of the study.

Prevail ensures all project-specific considerations are taken fully into account from the outset of your study. From that point onward, Prevail is your go-to source for eTMF subject matter expertise, document reception, processing, review, filing, reconciliations, health checks, technical support, training, and cross comparative assessments to track compliance and health.

At any time, the eTMF can be checked by role restricted end users who can use built in eTMF reporting tools to track filtered document filing progress and outstanding document collection. Following successful completion of the study, Prevail leads the process in final eTMF reconciliation, document follow up, filenote generation, final extract, and archival delivery, while offering a post-study retention period if needed to allow and manage ongoing filing where needed.
