I act as Prevail InfoWorks’ Senior eTMF Manager, eTMF product owner, and eTMF subject matter expert. I have over 7 years of experience in the Life Sciences Industry, 5 years of which with a dedicated specialization in eTMF oversight and management.

Throughout my time in the industry, I have found that the eTMF space can be rife with challenges for sponsor and CRO team members due to the nebulous nature of eTMF compliance requirements and the complexity of managing multiple team workflows in a consistent and comprehensive way.
“How do you and the rest of Prevail solve those challenges?”
Prevail endeavors to mitigate these obstacles through reflexive enhancement of the Prevail eTMF module, taking into consideration individual client’s study constraints to ensure that the eTMF used in any one study is tailored appropriately to maintain rolling eTMF health, compliance transparency, and flexibility around shifting workflows. While the Prevail eTMF is equipped from a default perspective with robust reporting tools, an intuitive format, and workflow configurability, we are constantly on the hunt for new opportunities to enhance the platform to address individual client needs, overcome the vagueness and propriety of industry eTMF processes, and otherwise ensure you have what you need the way you need it as a means of ensuring your trial is compliant and successful.
