“What is it you do at Prevail, and how much experience do you have at it?”
My role at Prevail is a Data Management Associate. This means that I help the Data Management team with anything that is needed. Some examples include keeping projects on track by implementing weekly meetings to review each timeline, creating, and distributing meeting materials, and helping wherever possible. I have been in this role for 2 years and I look forward to learning more!
“From your experience, what matters most to the clients you’ve worked with?”
From my experience, what matters most to the clients I have worked with is clear communication. Communication helps to keep everyone on the same page regarding timelines, due dates, and the overall process.
“What do you and the rest of the Prevail team do to address that?”
The way Prevail and I address this is by creating timelines with projected timelines that we share with the clients. We communicate each aspect of every process with the projected due date during regularly scheduled meetings with both the client teams and the Prevail team.
