I am an accomplished professional engineer with 25 years of experience, 16 of which have been working in Quality Assurance. I joined Prevail in July 2013. As a head of Quality Assurance, I am responsible for the complete Quality Management System, Quality Process, Quality Objective, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), recuperating customer satisfaction, preventing critical Quality Issues, Quality Control, Quality Analysis and delivering Quality Products/Services on time.

From my experience, clients always prioritize high quality deliverables that meet or exceed their expectations. Clear and efficient communication and timely deliverables are key factors to make the client happy and satisfied throughout the life cycle of the project.
“What do you and the rest of the Prevail team do to address that?”
Prevail has precise quality assurance processes in place to ensure that our deliverables consistently meet the highest standards. This includes using appropriate testing strategies, risk-based approaches, thorough testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement efforts. We provide transparent and open communication with our clients by having project status call, timeline, email communications along with an excellent customer support system.
